Race 11 on the Saturday card is the Turf Mile with several European shippers coming in looking to win this one. The race also has the return of last years longshot runner-up in United who was beaten by winner BricksandMortar.
Top Pick
Tarnawa

Trainer: Dermot Weld
Jockey: Christophe Soumillion
Owner: Hh Aga Khan Studs
13-7-2-2 Lifetime $780,000 Earnings
3-3 in 2020
Won Prix de leOpera Longines Grade 1
Won Grade 1 Qatar Prix
Won Grade 3 Irish Stallion Stakes
Trainer Weld suggests if he is to win a Breeders Cup race this is the horse he would get the win with. Switching from the sprint to mile like most have done, I would have picked this horse in the Turf Sprint too. I need to at least get 1 Euro horse home and I think this is the one.
Magical

Trainer: Aidan O'Brien
Jockey: Ryan Moore
Owner: Derrick Smith, Mrs. John Magnier & Michael B. Tabor
26-12-7-1 Lifetime $5 million Earnings

A lot of Grade 1 experience finishing either 1st or 2nd. The big issue like most Euro horses is the ship over and adjusting to the States before race time and getting comfortable with the Keeneland Turf. Again another Euro horse that I think could win.
Longshot Picks
United

Richard Mandella
Flavien Prat
Owner: Lnj Foxwoods
16-7-4-1 Lifetime $1 million Earnings
5-4-1 in 2020
Won Grade 2 J Henry Turf Classic @ Santa Anita
2nd in the Grade 2 DelMar Handicap
Won Grade 2 EdRead @ DelMar
Defeated last year in the Breeders Cup Turf by Bricks and Mortar, looks great coming into this race with winning that last 4 out of 5 races.
Red King
Trainer: Philip Damato
Jockey: Umberto Rispoli
Owner: Little Red Feather Racing (William Koch), Gordon Jacobsen & Philip Belmonte
28-7-4-7 Lifetime $390,000 Earnings

Won the last 3, Grade 2 and a Grade 3. Looks to close or have a late run to come from off the pace. Could be one to watch just with the late kick and to use in the under wagers.
