With only a few weeks left until the now Fall running of the 146th Kentucky Derby the stage is almost set with a few jostling for the last few also eligible spots. With a crazy year the Horse Racing World has been the go to for many fans and come derby day the horse racing fans will be in for an interesting run for the roses. With all the prep races complete and derby points handed out 2 contenders have risen to the top of the charts.
In the #1 spot and probably the heavy favorite for the derby will be Tiz the Law after clinching the Florida Derby, Belmont Stakes and most recently romping in the Travers, he sits far ahead of any competitors. The 2nd spot and maybe second in betting will be Art Collector who has been a late bloomer of late, winning the Bluegrass, and Ellis Derby. As for the rest of the field they all will be trying to catch the machine in Tiz The Law who has looked untouchable his past 4 starts.
